Our Anniversary

21 years ago, on April 9, 1987, Oleg and I got married! We’ve been married for more than half of our lives, and we’ve met on the first day of school in first grade in 1974. Here is the picture of the day we met. I’m the second from left, and Oleg is staying next to me :)



This is our last day of classes in High school. My Mom is next to Oleg – she was our Math teacher and homeroom teacher for 7 years. The little bells symbolize the very last school bell we heard on that day.


And this is our wedding day!

    I don't know of anyone that grew up together like the two of you did and then married. A real love story. Happy, happy anniversary to both of you! What a beautiful spring day you have for your anniversary.

    I thought the same thing as Debbie; Victoria looks so much like you, Nataliya! Also, I am thinking that Alex seems to look like Oleg but with your eyes, or at least your eyebrows.

    Also, I echo Joann to say that I can't believe you have a picture of when you met in FIRST GRADE!!! How cool is that!!!

    Oleg and Nataliya, Congratulations on your 21st Anniversary! Jill and I just had our 16th. Victoria is so lucky now to have a big sister. It is so nice they can share their life together growing up. Rachel’s looks like she is adjusting very well to the American culture. Plus enjoying her new sister! Thanks for sharing.
